Hey! My name's Ben, and I identify as Japanese-American. I play lacrosse, and I swim in and out of school. Where I live, Asian people aren't really considered equals to like white people, so it's tough to do things that correlate to my race, so I think I do things like lacrosse and all that stuff because in a way it distracts from the fact and stereotypes people around me usually think about for Asian people. I really like to write and play music on the side, so I really like the idea behind this website!
